i wanted a central place where I write things I have in my head (poems, satire, essays) whether someone was going to read it or not, where I could publish playlists and recipes. Where I could gather like-hearted people for the occasional event - be it a cyanotype workshop or my annual Halloween Bar Crawl. Plus, I think owning my domain is pretty cool
